The deposit is forfeited if  eyecare treatments procedure is not carried out due to: the artist refusing the procedure, the client not following the pre-treatment recommendations, the client has eye diseases.

In all cases, the mutual benefits resulting from the time devoted by both parties, the costs associated with it by the permanent make-up artist and the benefits of the client's pre-treatment consultation are maintained.
